What You'll Do Contact warm leads and schedule appointments. Conduct phone and virtual appointments. Learn about clients' financial protection needs and goals. Educate clients about available insurance solutions. Present appropriate options based on their needs. Help clients complete the application process. Follow up with prospects and clients. Participate in training and coaching. Build the habits and skills necessary to become a successful producer. Who We're Looking For

You don't need insurance experience. We can teach you insurance.

Previous experience in sales, real estate, mortgage, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, management, or entrepreneurship can be helpful—but it isn't required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position.

There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Earnings vary based on individual activity, production, experience, and sales results.
