Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Application Support Analyst with strong knowledge of the mortgage domain, especially HELOCs. The consultant will support production applications, review and triage support tickets, work with business users to understand and document issues, and coordinate with appropriate delivery teams for resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Support Encompass and mortgage-related applications.
  • Review, analyze, and triage production support tickets.
  • Work with requestors to understand and document issues clearly.
  • Coordinate issues with development, integration, and delivery teams.
  • Support application rollouts and production activities.
Required Skills
  • 5–10+ years of mortgage domain experience.
  • Strong Encompass knowledge.
  • Good understanding of HELOCs and mortgage processes.
  • Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Zendesk.
  • Understanding of web-based applications and integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:
