Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at the Norton Mental Health and Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, offering support to individuals dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to support clients in navigating their unique challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to maintain a balanced caseload and fulfill administrative responsibilities effectively.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
