In this full-time remote role, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients across a variety of platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.

  • Participate in supervision meetings and peer consultation to foster professional development and clinical excellence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will provide evidence-based therapies designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in facilitating positive outcomes and promoting emotional well-being within the community.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling and treatment planning.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in psychotherapy practices for adolescents, adults, and couples.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create trust and rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable and competent using video conferencing technology for teletherapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health documentation systems, particularly Simple Practice.
