• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain a robust caseload, with a minimum of 27 client visits weekly for full-time therapists, accommodating various schedules to maximize accessibility.
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions, drawing from a variety of approaches to inspire clients and facilitate goal attainment.
• Prepare detailed documentation for each session in accordance with company guidelines, including assessments, treatment progress notes, and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with case managers, family members, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate services and optimize client care.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional development and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team culture, fostering an environment that embodies our organizational values.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, inclusive of children, adolescents, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our practice emphasizes culturally competent care, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and bilingual communities.

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid LMFT license in Massachusetts.
• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including treatment plans, assessments, and case notes is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth, demonstrated by a willingness to complete continuing education opportunities.

While not mandatory, experience in mental health counseling, particularly with children and families, will be beneficial. Candidates who have worked in Team-Based care settings or have initially practiced under a supervised license will find the collaborative environment at Liberton Counseling Services both familiar and rewarding.

Liberton Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a structured commission on client sessions, ensuring that your hard work translates into rewards.
