What You Will Do (Responsibilities)- Shape value-based care programs by translating complex data into clear insights that support affordability, quality, and improved outcomes.
- Lead advanced analytics and exploratory studies to uncover trends, identify root causes, and highlight new opportunities across healthcare and specialty care data.
- Evaluate pilots and initiatives using strong statistical methods, enabling confident, data-driven decisions and program improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial and analytic models that support program design, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, business, and technical teams to embed analytics into tools, workflows, and decision-making processes.
- Communicate insights with clarity and impact, helping non-technical stakeholders understand key findings and take action.
- Continuously improve analytic approaches, seeking new ways to simplify complexity and deliver greater value through data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, value-based care analytics, or a related research role.
- Strong experience working with healthcare data, including medical claims, clinical, pharmacy, and eligibility data.
- Advanced analytics skills using SQL and tools such as SAS, R, and/or Python.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression, confidence intervals, power analysis, and model validation.
- Working knowledge of value-based care models such as ACOs, episodes, or bundled payments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, data science, public health, health economics, or a related field.
- Experience in medical economics or healthcare financial modeling.
- Experience creating data visualizations and storytelling using tools such as Tableau or Python-based libraries.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
