This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via our user-friendly teletherapy platform, utilizing digital tools to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, setting measurable goals and adjusting strategies as required.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a supportive community among clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation with minimal paperwork, as our platform streamlines reporting to focus on therapy.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health trends, therapies, and tools, utilizing our extensive library of resources to enhance your practice.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes, promoting an environment of continuous improvement.

You will work primarily with clients managing various mental health challenges, many of whom are dealing with significant emotional stress due to terminal illnesses. All clients are screened to ensure they are stable and of low acuity, allowing you to provide focused and effective counseling without the overwhelming demands often associated with acute mental health cases. The environment encourages compassion and understanding, helping clients navigate their emotional journeys with dignity.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Must be a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Missouri, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating creativity and adaptability while delivering virtual interventions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client engagements.
• A designated private area for conducting sessions that meets compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Experience managing a caseload autonomously, catering to a varied client demographic.
• Possession of dual or multi-state certifications is a valuable asset.
