• Conduct virtual therapy sessions efficiently, utilizing our telehealth platform to connect with clients in a secure environment.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Maintain concise client documentation with minimal paperwork, as the platform automates many administrative tasks.
• Provide unlimited referrals tailored to your expertise, allowing you to build a balanced caseload of clients.
• Utilize an extensive library of therapy tools and resources during sessions to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Our clients range from various demographics and backgrounds, focusing primarily on individuals experiencing low acuity mental health issues. The screening process ensures that clients are stable and ready to engage in therapy, which facilitates a more efficient therapeutic process. As a provider, you will have the autonomy to choose your client demographics based on your expertise, allowing for a fulfilling and focused counseling practice.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Virginia.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, displaying creativity and flexibility within a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with clients, their families, and administrative personnel.
• A dedicated and private workspace that complies with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

• Prior experience managing a personal caseload of clients in a teletherapy or remote counseling environment.
• Certification in additional states or specialties is a plus and may enhance your client base and reach.

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually for full-time work. In addition to the salary, we provide a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Our extensive benefits include:
