Interested in a career that matters?

Are you passionate about building brands that make a real difference in people’s lives? At Novonesis, we believe biology holds the key to solving some of humanity’s biggest challenges, and our Microbiome Labs™ business is helping shape the future of health and wellness through science-backed solutions dedicated to the microbiome.

As Global Brand Manager, you will join a highly collaborative Global Brand team responsible for defining and driving the global strategy for Microbiome Labs™. Working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, you will help bring impactful products, digital experiences, and omnichannel initiatives to life while supporting scalable growth across healthcare professional, patient, and consumer audiences.

The role & your impact

The Global Brand Manager supports the development and execution of global brand strategy, with a strong focus on product development, innovation, digital ecosystem development, content strategy, and omnichannel activation. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, and execution, ensuring that global initiatives are translated into high-impact, scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

With approximately 90% focus on the U.S. market and 10% focus on international expansion opportunities, you will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of the Microbiome Labs brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead product development initiatives, including new product development (NPD), existing product development (EPD), packaging updates, and commercialization activities.

  • Drive the development and optimization of the brand’s digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences across healthcare professional, patient, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Partner with U.S. marketing teams to translate global strategies into effective revenue-driving campaigns and activation plans.

  • Collaborate with Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations and external agency partners to deliver compliant, science-based brand initiatives.

  • Support development of global portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline planning, and global go-to-market frameworks.

  • Monitor trends, performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to continuously optimize brand initiatives and digital engagement.

  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-market stakeholder alignment to ensure consistency and scalability of brand execution.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

  • BS or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management, marketing, product development, or related commercial roles. Brand management experience working with markets outside the US is preferred.

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of product innovation, digital marketing, omnichannel activation, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Experience working with healthcare professional, patient, consumer, or health-focused brands is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful business actions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment.

Additional skills & interests we value

  • Experience in dietary supplements, probiotics, microbiome, healthcare, wellness, or consumer health industries.

  • Experience supporting global brands across multiple markets.

  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem development, eCommerce, or customer journey optimization.

  • Familiarity with FDA and FTC marketing compliance environments.

  • Curiosity for science-based innovation and emerging health trends.

  • Passion for building customer-centric omnichannel brand experiences.
