• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients dealing with mental health issues and substance use disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through secure digital platforms, responding to client needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing treatment evaluations and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal client progress.
• Maintain minimal paperwork through our streamlined system, allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client support and promote integrated care solutions.

The primary client base consists of individuals who are seeking assistance with mental health challenges and substance use recovery in a low-acuity environment. Our client demographic is carefully screened to ensure stability and supportability, allowing you to work effectively with clients who may be new to therapy or in need of transitional support. You will be empowered to set your own preferences regarding the types of clients you wish to serve, aligning your expertise with client needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct professional interactions with clients, their families, and administrative personnel.
• A dedicated, private workspace that aligns with professional privacy standards.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload and adapting to the unique needs of clients.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly valued.
