Great Bliss Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setup, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional work-life balance. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, employing diagnostic criteria and collaborative discussions to create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and rapid assessment strategies to ensure safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in strict adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights effectively.
• Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops to remain at the forefront of mental health therapeutics.

Your clientele will encompass a broad demographic, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and severe mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse populations and utilize culturally sensitive approaches to therapy, acknowledging and respecting each client's unique background and life experiences.

• A current and valid Washington State license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis, with the ability to develop insightful treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings or direct clinical service roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools to provide effective remote services to clients.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with serious mental health conditions.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
