Effective communication is key, and teams often rely on platforms like Slack, Zoom, and version control systems such as Perforce or Git to coordinate updates and feedback. Regular check-ins and collaborative playtesting sessions help ensure alignment on design goals and maintain productivity despite the distance. Adapting to different time zones and being proactive about sharing progress are common challenges, but most studios provide structured workflows to support remote teamwork.
