• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring the highest level of privacy and care quality.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, counselors, and support staff, to create an integrated approach to client care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in social work, addiction treatment, and mental health to enhance service delivery and client recovery.

Your primary focus will be on assisting clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, particularly those affected by substance use disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Kansas.
