• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on each student’s unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster resilience and enhance well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with educators and a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment for students.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage social and emotional challenges.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

You will be working primarily with school-aged children and their families, addressing a range of issues from mild to severe mental health challenges. • Licensure as an LCSW in the state of Florida, or licensure as a LMFT or LMHC.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Proficiency in solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, promoting effective collaboration.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with patients from varied backgrounds.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic or educational environment.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Established network for referrals and collaboration with other mental health professionals.
