Position: Senior Inside Sales Representative (REMOTE)

Position Details:

  • This remote position is for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented person who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment.
  • This role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • On rotation (every 5โ€“6 weeks), need coverage for a Saturday shift (10:00 AMโ€“7:00 PM ET), and will receive a weekday off beforehand to balance the schedule.
  • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the biotech sector, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities provided.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently and in accordance with best practices within Salesforce.com.
  • Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota.
  • Contact existing client base to gain referrals and offer additional service options.
  • Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, database, CRM, Order Management, reports).
  • Be able to effectively articulate technical and/or clinical information in an easily understood manner.
  • Master product information for accurate dissemination to clients.
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of the service.
  • Comply with assigned schedules (including on-call rotation), assignments, and productivity metrics.

Working Conditions:
  • The primary working condition associated with this position is working independently in the office environment.

Mental and Physical Demands:
  • Requires the ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time in a cubicle.
  • Requires effective management of conflict and emotional or stressful situations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of direct selling in a B2C (business to consumer) environment.
  • Formally trained in a selling methodology (e.g., Consultative, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills complimented by a successful track record in sales.
  • Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Chinese a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated to exceed goals and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to create a sense of urgency and the follow-up skills to close sales.
  • Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results.
  • Experience in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, phone and listening skills.
  • Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
