Our products cover a range of borrower needs, from affordable, workforce, and conventional permanent mortgages to bridge and subordinate debt. Our team provides a unique blend of expertise that combines the trademark service and execution our borrowers value, with a focus on social impact through our investments in housing and communities.

Role Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Processing (Agency) who will provide loan processing support for our team. • Maintain, validate, and reconcile information within agency, company, and loan origination systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the transaction lifecycle.

  • Partner closely with Underwriters and Originators to ensure complete submissions and the preparation of materials for internal and external approval processes.

  • Coordinate the ordering, monitoring, and distribution of third-party reports, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues that may impact underwriting or closing timelines.

  • Monitor changes to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CPC, and other applicable program requirements and provide recommendations to enhance internal processes and controls.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of loan files to confirm completeness, identify potential submission concerns, and escalate material issues as appropriate.

  • Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, training efforts, and other strategic departmental objectives.
