• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial needs while considering emotional, academic, and social factors.
• Collaborate with students, families, and school administration to develop tailored intervention plans that align with individual goals and educational objectives.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to students experiencing challenges related to mental health, family dynamics, or academic pressures.
• Advocate for students’ rights by addressing their needs and helping them access community resources essential for their success and well-being.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and health professionals, to create an integrated support system for students.
• Regularly monitor students' progress, maintain thorough documentation of interactions, assessments, and service delivery in compliance with ethical standards.

• Organize and lead workshops for students and families about coping strategies, community resources, and available support systems.
• Stay updated on best practices and legislative changes within the social work and education domains to ensure effective care delivery.

This role primarily focuses on supporting students from diverse backgrounds within the school community, including those facing academic challenges, emotional distress, or family issues. Your expertise will provide a crucial safety net for students, helping them navigate their formative years with confidence and resilience. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools for documentation and client interaction.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a social work role is required, candidates with experience in a school or community center setting are highly preferred. The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
