Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Location: DC (REMOTE)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with OT and Bonus

Remaining Shifts Available:

Shift 1: Monday โ€“ Friday, 5 PM โ€“ 1 AM.

Responsibilities
  • Create and revise legal documents to Firmโ€™s specifications using the Firmโ€™s latest software and version of MS Office.
  • Produce financial statements, flow charts, presentations, letters and other documents, marking for cross references, Table of Contents, Table of Authorities, defined terms, and indexing.
  • Scan and format documents; convert documents to/from different software packages, produce mail merge documents, and fillableโ€‘pdf forms, and prepare Change Pro comparisons.
  • Troubleshoot document issues; recover/restore corrupted document files.
  • Proofread work for quality and correct formatting.
  • Answer incoming calls to Word Support and assist users with various software applications; provide document support utilizing remote access; input iSupport calls into software ticketing system.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; intermediate level knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Knowledge of software specific to the legal industry, i.e., Worksite, Payne Numbering Scheme.
  • Experience in a large law firm.
  • Knowledge of Adobe products and EDGAR experience.
