Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established legal organization, to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant. This position supports attorneys handling complex regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and remains composed when handling urgent requests.

Job Description:

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple attorneys, with a primary focus on managing schedules, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and assisting with billing activities. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
  • Prepare, review, and process attorney expense reports and billing-related documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support multiple attorneys with day-to-day legal administrative needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with document organization.
  • Respond quickly to urgent requests and shifting priorities.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Legal Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Background supporting attorneys in OSHA, EPA, regulatory, environmental, or similar practice areas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Fully onsite during the first 30 days; transitions to a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote thereafter.
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
