A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF TITLE & REAL ESTATE TO OUR BUSY B2B SERVICES PROVIDER! WE HAVE FULL-TIME OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR OUR ONGOING PROJECTS.


Our Title Examiners utilize extensive experience in real estate records, forms, and practices. You will be abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records as well as entering the owners, lienholders, as well as any other parties of interest into our title reporting system.  This opportunity is either part-time (regular: year-round) or full-time (temporary, most of the year), completely remote, and will provide you the opportunity to create your own schedule (after thorough remote training).   Relevant title experience with California counties is preferred.

Requirements

You must have:

  • Some experience searching title using a geographic title plant is helpful
  • Solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with Title Point is a huge plus)
  • High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite (especially MS Excel) and internet searching
  • Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment
  • Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
