Job description

The Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) Division employs approximately 3,000+ employees. It provides expert services and solutions to help financial services and corporate professionals maintain ongoing compliance requirements, increase efficiency and produce better business outcomes. The portfolio provides a wide range of technology-enabled lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions, corporate services, and legal entity compliance solutions.

The Vice President, Partnerships is a key member of the FCC Division executive team responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive profitable growth and enhance our market value and presence across the FCC portfolio. This critical role requires a deep understanding of the financial services, corporate and legal compliance ecosystems, a commercially driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive impactful collaborations.

This role reports directly to the CEO - FCC and can be located anywhere in the continental US, working remotely with up to 50% travel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Development:Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's and customer units' business objectives; communicates and accelerates growth through new channels and collaborations.

Partner Identification & Acquisition:Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with complementary SaaS vendors, technology providers, and industry leaders.

Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

Profitable Revenue Growth:Drive revenue through partnership-led initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, joint ventures, and integration partnerships.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with FCC executive leadership team members, sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities. Interfaces professionally and in support of the CLC and CS business units' goals within the FCC Division.

Market Expansion:Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and customer base.

Partner Enablement:Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and training they need to successfully promote and sell the company's solutions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor the performance and impact of partnerships, tracking key metrics such as revenue contribution, lead generation, and partner engagement.

Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue producing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, strong employee engagement, and talent development. Ensure sufficient capacity, tools and capital to deliver on strategy. Define and enforce standard processes, success metrics, and strong performance. Oversee budget, compensation, and administration.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years working in partner-oriented selling, in B2B environments

  • Technology-enabled lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions, corporate services, and/or legal entity compliance solutions partner-oriented selling a plus

  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Compensation:

$206,300.00 - $309,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
