Work Environment

The typical workweek runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, offering structured schedules to help maintain work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify specific emotional and psychological needs.
  • Provide individualized and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges tied to aging, grief, and major life transitions.
  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and modify comprehensive care plans tailored to geriatric residents.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience providing focused counseling and mental health support to geriatric populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 65,000 and USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates may receive a sign-on bonus as part of our incentive program.
