• Develop individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, backgrounds, and goals.
• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Utilize a range of tailored therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and develop integrated treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage in continued professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to stay informed about evolving mental health practices and research.

At Grateful Guidance Counseling, you will work with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be facing various mental health challenges. Your role will emphasize creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions, allowing for effective therapeutic engagement. You will address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are understood and respected.

• A valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong ethical reasoning and adherence to legal guidelines in practice.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage clients through digital platforms.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
