What is a remote leasing agent?

A Remote Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting prospective tenants with leasing rental properties while working remotely. Their duties include answering inquiries, conducting virtual tours, processing applications, and coordinating lease agreements. They use phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to communicate with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of leasing regulations, and the ability to work independently.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a remote leasing agent?

As a Remote Leasing Agent, your daily responsibilities usually include responding promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, conducting virtual property tours, screening applicants, and managing digital lease documentation. You'll also be responsible for following up on leads, maintaining detailed records in property management systems, and coordinating with property managers and maintenance teams.
