What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Professional certificates may be required for the role
  • Good understanding of Change Management Methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile, Lean and DevOps Principles.
  • Basic fluency in a wide array of mixed-method research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with personas, stakeholder mapping, impact analyses, road-mapping and other user experience
  • methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
