Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to support testing and validation of electronic and mechanical systems in a high-precision environment. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, while ensuring all systems meet performance and quality standards. Your contributions will directly support mission-critical defense products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and performance testing of electronic and mechanical components and systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot test anomalies and failures, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Accurately document test procedures, results, and corrective actions in accordance with standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test processes and improve product reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards during all test operations.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and manage test equipment and tools.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing test outcomes, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent 2-year post-high school training with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a testing or production support environment.
  • Proficiency with test equipment and software used for evaluating electronic systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, due to contractual and security clearance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and presenting technical status reports and documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
