Job Description

As a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business operations and technical cloud transformations. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational readiness, streamline legacy workflows, and ensure enterprise business units are fully equipped to maximize cloud-native environments.

If you excel at translating complex technical shifts into smooth operational transitions, driving change, and measuring impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global cloud delivery model.

  • Assess Organizational Readiness: Conduct end-to-end readiness assessments evaluating infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with core business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to adapt operational rhythms and workflows to modern cloud capabilities.
  • Measure Business Agility: Define, track, and analyze key operational metrics (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency gains, process improvements, and post-migration agility.
  • Enable Sustainable Change: Apply structured change management methodologies and process optimization methodologies to guide teams through operational shifts and foster a cloud-first, agile mindset.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Process Improvement Expertise: Practical knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or Agile/Scrum). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification is a plus.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Foundational or practitioner-level cloud certifications are a strong plus.
  • Change Frameworks: Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and Lean/Agile operational principles.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Proven ability to define key performance metrics, map workflow bottlenecks, and translate complex data into actionable operational fixes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment across varied enterprise groups.

Basic Qualifications
