The Listening Guide Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our fully remote team. As a remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in delivering valuable therapeutic services to clients without the burden of administrative tasks typically associated with running a practice. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to deliver therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance with no weekend commitments. Our telehealth model focuses on eliminating bureaucratic obstacles standard in traditional practice settings, allowing you to fully concentrate on your therapeutic work with clients.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions using telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and client comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intake assessments, session notes, and treatment plans to facilitate integrated care.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create client-centered treatment strategies and contribute to integrated treatment discussions.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions that enhance clients' coping strategies and overall mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and peer supervision to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Our client base is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with different demographics, providing culturally competent care and utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques that resonate with each client’s unique experiences.

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field (such as psychology, social work, or counseling).
• Active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Demonstrated competency in conducting therapeutic assessments and formulating treatment plans.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and remote counseling tools is highly advantageous.
• Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex client needs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
