• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to acquire comprehensive insight into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute client-centered care plans, ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating an inviting space for sharing and connection among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with New Beginnings, you will work primarily with individuals seeking detoxification and mental health support. The clients at our facility often face complex challenges related to substance use, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. Your ability to build trust and provide compassionate guidance will play a pivotal role in supporting their recovery journey and enhancing their overall mental health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• At least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• A thorough understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, contributing to effective client engagement and support.

• Experience working within a detox or substance use treatment environment is a strong advantage.
