Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children and adolescents who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and various behavioral concerns. By focusing on this age group, you will play an essential role in mitigating the impact of these disorders during crucial developmental stages.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or related licensure in New York State.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
  • Strong foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Experience in providing both individual and family therapy sessions tailored to young clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and child-centered approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000.
