Legacy Counseling, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote outpatient setting. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine each client's mental health needs accurately, and collaborate with clients to devise personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet specific challenges such as anxiety and trauma.
• Monitor client progress diligently and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure efficacy and alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Utilize SimplePractice to maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Commit to professional development by remaining informed about current best practices in mental health counseling through ongoing education.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services, including updating profiles on platforms such as Psychology Today.
• Attend weekly meetings for case reviews, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active Pennsylvania state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical context.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills are essential for effective practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Experience in using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches related to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD will be advantageous. Additionally, a history of working with diverse populations will enhance the candidate's effectiveness in this role.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
