Our ValuesPair Team is looking for a People Business Partner to help scale the people infrastructure behind a fast-growing, operations-heavy organization. This role will partner closely with Clinical and Operations leaders to strengthen manager effectiveness, organizational design, performance practices, employee relations, and overall team health as we continue to grow. You'll be a strategic thought partner to leaders while also helping build, improve, and drive key people initiative This is a fully remote position (PST required) reporting to the Manager, People Business Partners.
In this role, you'll have broad exposure across the business and play a key part in strengthening the people programs and infrastructure that support a scaling organization. You'll help lead and improve core people programs like performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and org design, while also supporting the day-to-day needs of a growing team. A major focus for this role is strengthening the quality of our company infrastructure so our teams can grow with more clarity, consistency, and support.
