Position: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Grand Haven, MI - (4 days onsite & 1 day remote)

The role of a senior electrical engineer is dedicated to shaping meaningful partnerships with clients, engaging at the earliest planning stages to understand their goals and guide the development of innovative, integrated electrical engineering solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through construction, ensuring that complex electrical engineering efforts are coordinated, forward thinking, and executed with excellence. Beyond project delivery, you play a key role in advancing the firm's growth by contributing to business development initiatives and representing the organization as a trusted advisor in the built environment.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS + IMPACT

Key Actions

  • Guide multidisciplinary teams in exploring solutions and developing technically sound design solutions that support project goals.
  • Oversee the creation and coordination of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration to ensure accuracy and quality.

Professional Foundations

  • Knowledge and experience in REVIT software.
