As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs thoroughly.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote positive outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in line with HIPAA and professional standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Work in collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective and holistic care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns and community resources, helping them navigate their treatment journeys.
• Stay abreast of new research and developments in the field of mental health therapy to enhance your clinical practice.

• A master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
