As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage in various critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions and challenges.
• Developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions suitable for each client.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and support for patients, meeting regularly for case consultations and peer reviews.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest mental health research and trends to enhance your therapeutic practices continually.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our clinic focuses on addressing common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders, while ensuring every client receives personalized, compassionate care tailored to their circumstances.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a particular focus on solution-focused interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise tailored solutions for patient care.
• The ability to function effectively in a collaborative team environment.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with prior experience in school settings or proficiency in cultural competency and multilingual capabilities are preferred. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as it will facilitate seamless documentation processes.
