As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in various responsibilities crucial for client support and wellness:

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to enhance their mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their feelings and experiences, helping them to gain insights and develop coping strategies.
• Advocate for clients and assist them in articulating and achieving their personal goals related to mental health and overall well-being.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Document session notes and progress in our user-friendly therapy platform, allowing for streamlined client management and minimal administrative burden.

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our hospice center often deals with clients who are experiencing the emotional impact of serious illness, grief, and end-of-life transitions. Your expertise will guide them through these vulnerable times, ensuring they receive the necessary emotional support and therapeutic interventions to improve their mental health.

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Must have a clean licensure record, free of limited, provisional licenses, or disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in client interactions.
• Proficient in technology and computer literacy, enabling you to utilize our digital tools effectively.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Previous experience working in hospice care or with terminally ill patients.
