As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Providing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records while complying with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Engaging in ongoing case consultations to elevate the quality of care.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying current with developments in mental health to enhance clinical practices.

You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your role is crucial in assessing these clients and providing them with the appropriate support and interventions to achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting focused on psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• The capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in outpatient mental health settings and demonstrate proficiency in delivering a range of therapeutic interventions. Familiarity with utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation will be advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience.
