Health Affiliates Maine is accepting applicants for a BHH & Case Management Clinical Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time Salaried position. $3000 Sign on Bonus (stipulations apply)


Roles and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)

  • Be responsible for the administrative oversight and clinical supervision of 12 FTE ย case managers/or BHH Care coordinators.
  • Be an active member of the Behavioral Health Home team as a clinical team lead providing clinical consultation and direction to the team members.
  • Inspire supervisee engagement in work activities through participation in employee recognition, staff development, goal setting, team building activities and providing the ongoing recognition of their important role in achieving our agency mission.
  • Have working knowledge of adult and children's case management and/or behavioral health home specific MaineCare, Contracting and Licensing regulations/requirements.
  • Review and approve supervisee's client charts for clinical documentation, quality assurance, licensing, MaineCare, and contractual compliance.
