As a Remote LCSW, your primary duties will encompass offering comprehensive mental health assessments, individualized counseling sessions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate video counseling sessions with clients from the comfort of your home environment.
• Regularly assessing client treatment needs and adjusting therapy approaches accordingly to ensure optimal support.
• Designing, implementing, and closely monitoring tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique journey towards mental wellness.
• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster clients’ development of coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various life challenges and may require support in areas such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the appropriate state board.
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and an understanding disposition toward clients.
• Proficiency in technology, possessing a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate online counseling sessions.

While not mandatory, previous experience working with similar populations and familiarity with telehealth practices are considered advantageous. Candidates who have implemented person-centered, recovery-oriented approaches will have a distinct advantage.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
