Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote mental health services to clients in Indiana. This role is centered on one-on-one therapy, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and helping clients make steady progress toward better mental health.
A typical day may include seeing clients by video, updating clinical notes, reviewing treatment goals, supporting clients through difficult periods, and helping them build tools they can use outside of therapy. This is a full-time remote position for an LCSW who wants reliable hours, professional structure, and meaningful clinical work.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote therapy services through a secure telehealth system
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical information
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and required clinical documentation
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment when appropriate
  • Follow protocols for crisis situations, mandated reporting, and safety concerns

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana
