Job description

We are looking for a Mid-Level APPs / OSS-BSS Support Engineer with experience in Oracle Communications environments, including BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Order Management. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in application support, production troubleshooting, monitoring, KPI analysis, documentation, maintenance support, and 24x7 on-call operations. The role requires strong coordination skills to work with customers, internal teams, and vendors, along with good knowledge of Linux/Unix, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and monitoring tools. Exposure to OSS/BSS, BRM core nodes, and real-time charging / billing flows is highly desirable. This is also a remote LATAM-based role supporting LAD/EMEA operations, with availability for rotational shifts, weekend support, and maintenance windows.
Spanish and English are required. Our preference is to have these resources based in Chile. However, we are open to considering candidates from the broader LAD region if they have the right skills and solid O&M experience in those domains.
