What is remote large format printing?

Remote large format printing refers to the process of creating large-scale prints, such as banners, posters, or signage, by sending digital files to a printing company or print shop without having to be physically present. Clients upload their designs or artwork online, specify their printing requirements, and the print provider produces and ships the finished product. This service is ideal for businesses or individuals who need high-quality, oversized prints delivered to their location, regardless of geographic distance. Remote large format printing saves time and offers convenience, making professional printing accessible from anywhere.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote large format printing specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Large Format Printing Specialist, you need expertise in print production processes, color management, and file preparation, often supported by experience with graphic design or print technology education. Familiarity with RIP software, Adobe Creative Suite, and large format printers such as HP, Epson, or Roland is typically required. Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist based in Netherlands.

As a Creative Strategist, you will own the creative strategy and production ecosystem supporting paid acquisition across multiple SaaS products and international markets.
You will connect audience research, creative concepts, production, media buying, performance analysis, and iteration into one measurable growth loop.
Your scope will cover personas, creative angles, UGC creators, external studios, internal editing, briefs, budgets, and asset management.
You will work across Google, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring creative output is consistent, scalable, localized, and aligned with performance goals.
Data will guide your decisions, with metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and CPA helping determine what to iterate, scale, or stop.
Generative AI will be a core productivity multiplier, helping accelerate research, scripting, localization, testing, and reporting.
This is a high-ownership opportunity to build the creative function and production network from the ground up in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct structured audience research across markets using product reviews, support tickets, customer verbatims, local communities, ad comments, and insights from media buyers.
  • Build and maintain detailed personas by product and market, taking local cultural differences into account rather than simply translating existing profiles.
  • Develop and maintain creative angle matrices by product, market, and awareness level.
  • Conduct international competitive research, monitoring ad libraries, emerging formats, and creative patterns across different markets.
  • Prioritize creative hypotheses and define which concepts should be tested based on expected impact and available resources.
  • Build and manage a production network of UGC creators, actors, studios, and creative partners across target languages and geographies.
  • Source and cast creators and develop a reliable, scalable production pool where none currently exists.
  • Create culturally relevant briefs covering scripts, tone, framing, settings, requirements, restrictions, and platform considerations.
  • Negotiate creator and studio rates, production volumes, usage rights, licensing periods, and market-specific contractual requirements.
  • Select and manage external studios and creative suppliers while developing an activatable network by geographic region.
  • Provide detailed execution briefs for internal editing, including structure, cut timing, visual hooks, subtitles, B-roll, and platform specifications.
  • Balance internal editing, UGC production, and external studios according to cost, speed, language, and strategic importance.
  • Own the creative production pipeline, maintaining a measurable and predictable weekly cadence from concept through delivery.
  • Manage a dedicated production budget and make autonomous spending decisions within the agreed threshold.
  • Maintain organized creative assets, including raw footage, reusable modules, and localized versions.
  • Act as the primary creative interface for Google, Meta, and TikTok media buyers, translating media requirements into creative priorities and vice versa.
  • Align production schedules with testing cycles, scaling opportunities, and key acquisition moments.
  • Monitor creative fatigue and proactively refresh concepts before performance deterioration becomes visible in CPA.
  • Establish a creative testing framework defining variables, decision thresholds, testing duration, and minimum data requirements.
  • Analyze creative performance independently across advertising platforms and analytics tools, including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPA.
  • Iterate on winning concepts, adapt successful creative across markets, and discontinue underperforming assets based on evidence.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of creative learnings that can be leveraged across the broader growth team.
  • Use AI to accelerate audience research, summarize large volumes of customer feedback, generate script and hook variations, localize content, create test assets, and streamline creative reporting.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative strategy for paid social within a significant-budget direct-response environment, ideally managing six-figure monthly media spend.
  • Demonstrated international experience creating and scaling creative across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Proven experience building and managing a creative production network, including UGC sourcing, creator management, studios, and external production partners.
  • Experience in subscription SaaS or subscription apps is highly desirable.
  • Agency experience is a strong advantage, particularly experience managing multiple projects and external suppliers simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and Demand Gen, with the ability to turn performance signals into concrete creative decisions.
  • Proven ability to independently develop creative angle matrices and testing frameworks rather than simply executing an existing strategy.
  • Strong briefing and scripting skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into clear production instructions.
  • Advanced, daily use of AI tools within creative production, including research, scripting, variations, localization, dubbing, and rapid asset creation.
  • Experience negotiating UGC usage rights and managing creator contracts.
  • Experience managing production budgets and evaluating decisions based on cost per creative and expected performance.
  • Strong analytical autonomy, with the ability to independently interpret creative performance and tools such as PostHog.
  • An existing, activatable UGC network across multiple languages is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to create or edit test creatives independently without relying on the wider production pool is a plus.
  • Highly proactive, with a habit of identifying opportunities and taking action without waiting for instructions.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to manage the creative process end to end.
  • Comfortable coordinating production in languages you do not personally speak, supported by robust quality-control processes.
  • Confident working with demanding media buyers and defending creative recommendations using data and evidence.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
  • Native or fluent French.
  • English proficiency of at least B2.
Benefits
  • Permanent, full-time employment.
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Europe.
  • Opportunity to build a new creative strategy and production function from the ground up.
  • Broad international scope across multiple SaaS products, markets, and languages.
  • Dedicated production budget with autonomy over spending within an agreed threshold.
  • Direct access to senior growth leadership and a short decision-making process.
  • Opportunity to build and manage your own international network of creators, studios, and production partners.
  • Generative AI positioned as a core productivity and creative production tool.
  • Close collaboration with experienced Google, Meta, and TikTok acquisition specialists.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over the creative pipeline.
  • Performance-driven culture where creative decisions are measured through business outcomes.
  • Professional development opportunities within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Flexible remote working culture built around trust, autonomy, and results.
  • Opportunity to work remotely from another time zone for up to one month.
  • Flexible vacation policy designed to support individual work-life balance.
  • Two company-wide team retreats per year.
