We provide personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team-including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs-works collaboratively with families to create individualized treatment plans that integrate Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.
Our speech and language services are primarily delivered in home-based settings, allowing for meaningful, functional communication development within each child's natural environment.
Your Role: Director of Speech-Language Pathology
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Director of Speech-Language Pathology will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and quality of all speech and language services across the organization. This includes guiding a team delivering home-based speech therapy services and ensuring interventions are practical, family-centered, and generalizable to daily life.
You will combine clinical expertise with leadership, program development, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across all service settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
- Oversee speech and language evaluations, treatment planning, and service delivery-particularly within home-based environments
- Develop and standardize protocols and best practices for effective in-home service delivery
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, integrated care
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of SLP team members
- Monitor program outcomes using data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
- Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover of communication goals in the home
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and expansion of speech services
- Participate in leadership meetings and organizational planning
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP
- Demonstrated leadership experience (lead, supervisor, or program development)
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Preferred:
- Experience providing home-based or community-based speech therapy services
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Background in ABA or interdisciplinary treatment settings
- Experience developing programs, training staff, and implementing clinical systems
- Passion for mentorship and team development
Compensation:
$85,000-$110,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
