Job Description Summary

Serves as a liaison with programming and user departments to coordinate and conduct tests that ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and/or enhancements. Attained subject matter expertise in quality assurance testing methods and company products. Maintains documentation for each project and may train users on new or modified software.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Works with client personnel to identify required changes
  • Defines and refines test conditions
  • Communicates needed changes to development team. Prioritizies multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning and reviewing project tasks completed by others
  • May lead team and client meetings
  • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluates alternative business solutions
  • Solves complex problems in creative ways; significant initiative and independent judgment required; makes varied decisions; operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision; typically plans, conducts and supervises assignments, reviews progress and evaluates results; exhibits leadership skills; mentors employees across teams; may manage the workload of others.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and/or systems background. Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Programming and/or IT background helpful.

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $73,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration, sponsorship or otherwise serving as an employer of record for immigration employment purposes. At this time, this role is not eligible for immigration-related employment authorization sponsorship.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
