Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California psychotherapists who are passionate about providing exceptional virtual mental health care.

Please note: At this time, we are only able to consider fully licensed California providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD). We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
  • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms

  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Telehealth experience
  • Licensure in multiple states
  • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts
