The Sr IT Business Enablement Manager, Sales Configurator is responsible for bridging business objectives with IT capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes for the Cytiva Sales Configurator platforms and processes, supporting he Commercial and Sales enablement value stream. This role will drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, innovation, and tactical execution of Sales Configurator-related initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring technology investments maximize value and accelerate business transformation.
As a member of the IT Business Enablement team, this role will partner with the Commercial, Configuration Management, and IT delivery organizations, through establishing technology roadmaps, fostering strong partnerships, and embedding agile, process-centric delivery models for the Cytiva Sales Configurator landscape.

This position reports to the Sr Director, IT Business Enablement - Commercial and is part of the Information Technology team.

What you will do

  • IT partnership for Sales Configurator landscape: Serve as the primary liaison between Commercial, Sales Configuration Management, and IT teams, aligning technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery, with strategic business objectives.
  • Drive Sales Configurator Strategy and Investments: Define, maintain, and execute the application roadmap, prioritizing strategic initiatives and technology investments that support Cytiva's strategy outcomes and goals.
  • Manage End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead discovery, PoCs, requirements gathering (URS/user stories), value stream prioritization, and ROI/Say-Do tracking across the full project lifecycle.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technology Excellence: Partner with Business Analysts, Business Enablement Leads, and IT Delivery teams to optimize value streams, maintain an integrated technology landscape, and maximize business value.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement, Compliance, and Innovation: Drive process optimization through analytics, automation, and digital technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and adoption of emerging industry best practices.

Who you are

  • Multiple years of domain experience in Sales Configurator and Sales Enabling tools landscape and technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical solutions and business outcomes across Sales Enablement portfolio.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user requirements/stories and delivery plans.
  • Proven experience with Functional / Technical Authoring (VSM +) and Agile delivery methodology.
  • Ability to communicate with and effectively influence functional and IT stakeholders across the organization.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

  • Experience with M&A and Due Diligence focused projects at global and x-functional scale.

The annual salary range for this role is$130,000-155,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
