This position operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to team collaboration and client satisfaction. • Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and deliver timely interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Provide immediate counseling and support to clients facing crisis situations, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response personnel to ensure client safety during critical incidents.
• Offer continuous support through follow-up care, tailored recommendations, and ongoing engagement to facilitate long-term wellness.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to navigate challenging situations and provide a calming presence.
• Engage in continuous learning and development initiatives to refine your crisis counseling skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Our client demographics are diverse, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges due to trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant mental health counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in providing empathetic and effective support.

• Additional training or specialization in geriatric mental health, including related issues faced by older adults.
• Experience working with elderly populations, particularly with mental health conditions impacting this age group.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
