Job description

Sunrise Landscape, an established commercial landscape organization for more than 40 years, is excited by our vision to deliver excellent customer service in the areas of landscape design, installation, and maintenance to our clients with the help of our 1,000+ employees. We have an opportunity for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team in our Tampa, FL, location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).

Roles and Responsibilities:

As one of our Landscape Crew Members, you will:

  • Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
  • Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
  • Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
  • Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
  • To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
  • To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
  • To pass a background check.

To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must:

  • Possess a valid driver's license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
  • Pass a drug test.
