• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their situations and concerns.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, preferences, and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions engaging clients in meaningful discussions that promote healing, growth, and mental wellness.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with departmental policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance treatment plans and facilitate discharge processes, ensuring a seamless transition for clients at the conclusion of therapy.
• Assist clients with discharge planning and conduct care coordination, actively collaborating with regional providers and resources to enhance access to services and promote continuity of care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, and families facing relational and emotional challenges. Your therapeutic expertise will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health issues. Our holistic approach emphasizes collaboration and understanding, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys actively.

• A valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• Proficiency in various computer software and communication tools, including electronic medical records, word processing applications, and email systems, is essential for efficient documentation and communication.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Although not mandatory, experience in group therapy facilitation or familiarity with trauma-informed care principles would be advantageous. Candidates with a background in integrated care models and collaborative treatment approaches are particularly encouraged to apply.
