• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to thoroughly understand each client's mental health issues, needs, and goals, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, applying a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to empower clients in their journey toward personal growth and emotional balance.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic objectives, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive therapeutic process.
• Engage in regular peer supervision and team meetings to discuss case strategies and share insights, fostering a robust professional learning environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring continuity of care and data protection.

Your work will focus on diverse client demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your ability to connect with clients of varying backgrounds will be essential in delivering effective interventions and support.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, along with full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating substantial exposure to therapy practices.
• Proficient in therapeutic techniques designed for various settings and populations, showcasing adaptability in your practice methods.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, with a focus on ethical practice and continued professional development.

• Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to facilitate efficient client management and communication.
• Direct experience in crisis intervention and the ability to provide emergency support to clients as needed.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a lucrative sign-on bonus structure.
